About the Role:

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking a skilled Oncology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating healthcare for our Oncology/Hematology patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage health status of patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members
  • Conduct perioperative preparation and postoperative clinical management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA program
  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure/Physician's Assistant License
  • At least one year of experience in Oncology/Hematology helpful
  • Strong computer skills; experience in EMR useful
