As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves building strong relationships with both parents and children by consistently addressing their needs and surpassing their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service that goes beyond client expectations.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Sutton Swim School policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication of these to clients.
  3. Manage and respond to emails and voicemails with professionalism and clarity.
  4. Execute daily operational tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week in a customer service capacity.
  • Familiarity with the Sutton Swim teaching program and levels (passing a swimming levels quiz is required).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both in person and through various communication channels.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professionalism.
