Responsibilities:

We seek motivated Residential and/or Commercial HVAC Service Technicians focused on service, repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance.

Job Duties:
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems for efficiency and safety.

- Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and/or electrical systems through observation, testing, and setup.

- Disassemble and reassemble commercial or residential equipment for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring devices to service equipment and/or mechanical systems.

- Communicate issues and proposed work to customers, providing timelines and explanations for any wait times.

- Conduct routine maintenance and filter changes on equipment per customer agreements.

- Maintain inventory and ensure the service vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies.

- Uphold a professional appearance.

- Foster and maintain relationships with our customers.

Qualifications:


To excel in this role, the Service Technician must be self-driven and capable of staying focused with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be a team player while also able to work independently.


Additional Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Type I, II, or higher EPA Certification.

- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience in installation, maintenance, or service.

- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Valid Driver's license, with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
