As a Locum Tenens Recruitment Specialist at Honor Providers, you'll play a crucial role in advising doctors on their career decisions and providing staffing solutions for hospitals.

Our company is an early-stage and fast-growing locum tenens firm seeking highly motivated individuals who want to challenge the status-quo in healthcare staffing. As a hybrid role of inside sales/recruiting and consulting, you'll work exclusively with doctors to provide recruiter, sales, and business development oriented individuals with the experience and skills required to become a successful sales leader in the locum tenens space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating a pipeline of qualified physicians
  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Working with your team to recruit, plan, and execute sales opportunities
  • Outreach to new and existing prospects
  • Input and manage data in CRM
  • Social networking and business development
