Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant - Sales Representative is the primary property sales representative and resident customer service liaison at multiple properties in Florida. This role is responsible for greeting customers, offering refreshments, selling property benefits, requesting deposits, and performing all leasing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Leasing Functions: Sell property benefits, request deposits, and perform all leasing functions, including completing welcome cards and recording traffic.
  • Phone and Inquiries: Answer phone calls as the first line of contact, respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident and leasing records, including daily, weekly, and monthly leasing and marketing reports.
  • Market Trends: Be aware of local market trends and conditions, update the Market Survey monthly, and maintain a professional, friendly office atmosphere.
  • Service Requests: Accept service requests, route to maintenance, and conduct service follow-up with residents.
  • Property Inspection: Inspect property, pick up litter, and report service needs to the manager or maintenance.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all local/state laws and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Team Support: Assist other employees in any apartment management functions and use the golf cart in a legal and safe manner.
  • Knowledge and Training: Possess knowledge of the budget, follow up on service requests, and participate in continued training as assigned.
Requirements
  • Language: Bilingual candidate preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday - Friday, and weekends as needed.
  • Education and Experience: Equivalent to a high school diploma and relevant experience in customer service, leasing, or sales.
