RN New Grad

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a New Grad. As a RN New Grad, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to a variety of complex patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Develop and maintain a safe and respectful work environment
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets population-specific guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels
- Utilize evidence-based practice to prioritize and recognize problems
- Develop and maintain a plan to connect patients and families to community resources
- Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma required
- 0-1 year of RN experience (successful completion of new grad orientation or RN refresher course for acute care nurses)
- National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
- BSN degree
