We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a RN New Grad, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to a healthy work environment
- Develop critical thinking skills to identify clinical, social, safety, psychological, ethical, and spiritual issues within the episode of care
- Apply basic nursing knowledge and skills within the framework of the organization's professional model of care
- Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma required
- 0-1 year of RN experience - successful completion of new grad orientation or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses
- National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
- BSN degree
