Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care that meets population-specific guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to prioritize and recognize problems
  • Develop and maintain a plan to connect patients and families to community resources
Requirements:
  • Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma required
  • 0-1 year of RN experience (successful completion of new grad orientation or RN refresher course for acute care nurses)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
  • BSN degree
