Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ALOFT AeroArchitects. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Certify Aircraft: Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Verify Quality Control Processes: Review and verify quality control processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to inspection staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant License: Must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in a repair station or military/commercial equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have a high level of attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to noise, smells, dust, and fumes typically associated with an industrial manufacturing/aviation environment.
