Marketing Solutions Analyst

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Client & Broker Marketing Team, Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to support the development of sales presentations, marketing collateral, and B2B social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications to support employer group accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to create sales presentations and marketing collateral.
- Strengthen the execution of B2B marketing and communications deliverables for customer-facing audiences and channels.
- Lead B2B social media strategy, in partnership with our social media Team, to plan B2B social content and develop a schedule of social posts to come from our Sales teams.
- Collaborate in the development of member-specific collateral and communications to address unique account requirements.
- Participate in dry run meetings to ensure presentations are cohesive and support any changes needed prior to finalization of decks.
- Assist with event marketing needs for sales audiences (group, broker, and consultant).
- Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment with direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presence working with all levels of staff.

Accepted Classification: Senior or Recent Graduate (Within one year or LESS of April 1, 2025)
Minimum GPA: 3.5+
