Qualifications:

Responsibilities as a Fifth Avenue Club Consultant:
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service by fostering and nurturing exceptional client relationships.
  • Initiate and leverage Club events to attract new clients, boost sales, and develop existing client relationships.
  • Proactively share ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club In Residence team to identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online tools to document and maintain client information and preferences to enhance business performance.
  • Source products for client appointments through various inventory channels.
  • Engage with clients and conduct basic alterations fittings with support from the Alterations Director.
  • Maintain a strong digital presence to attract new clientele and drive business through traditional and social media avenues.
  • Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting hourly rate for this position is competitive, with variations based on market conditions, skills, experience, and qualifications.

This role is eligible for commissions in accordance with the company's compensation plan.
