Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Converged Security Solutions (CSS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business units and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in support of business unit daily operations and top-priority corporate initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships and deliver HR services in a timely, effective manner.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure optimal employee engagement while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Address performance concerns through verbal and written counseling.
  • Investigate employee complaints/allegations and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Assist managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee and department training needs.
  • Develop job descriptions and career ladders.
  • Maintain compensation system, including job descriptions and classifications, salary scales, and master job listing.
  • Assist with the annual performance management process for assigned teams.
  • Oversee administration of new hire and exit surveys.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success supporting multiple HR functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience implementing HR initiatives and delivering results in a changing & growing business environment.
  • 3 years of experience with federal and state compensation, employment, and benefit laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
  • 2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated competence in HR management and workforce planning principles, and practices.
  • Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing employee relations.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data and articulate sound and reliable conclusions.
  • Experience supporting routine and ad hoc internal and external audits.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part in a team environment.
