On-Site Operations Managers serve as an integral extension of the client's HR capabilities, overseeing all facets of the workforce management including relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, operational processes, policies, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's specific needs.

  • Screen and select candidates based on client-specific job descriptions and workforce projections.
  • Adhere to all operational standards and comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Enhance client relationships through regular in-person engagements.
  • Market candidates' skills effectively to ensure optimal matches for both clients and candidates.
  • Provide innovative and effective staffing solutions.
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or recruitment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills across all levels of the client organization.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client stakeholders.
  • Skill in identifying client needs and managing expectations accordingly.
