Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's specific needs.
- Implement a consistent recruiting strategy to ensure an adequate supply of qualified talent.
- Screen and select candidates based on client-specific job descriptions and workforce projections.
- Adhere to all operational standards and comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Enhance client relationships through regular in-person engagements.
- Market candidates' skills effectively to ensure optimal matches for both clients and candidates.
- Provide innovative and effective staffing solutions.
- Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or recruitment.
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing is preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills across all levels of the client organization.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client stakeholders.
- Skill in identifying client needs and managing expectations accordingly.
