The Retail Operations Manager role is pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive functioning of the establishment.   1. Oversee all performance aspects of the location.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Accountable for the entire staff at the location.

Work Environment:

This position operates within a hospitality and brewery setting, frequently utilizing cleaning supplies and point-of-sale systems.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with hours varying weekly. Expected hours range from 45 to 50 per week, with operations occurring seven days a week during various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in a high-volume restaurant environment in a senior management role.
  2. A passion for the restaurant and brewing industry, coupled with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
  3. Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify issues, and guide the team accordingly.
  4. Exceptional people management capabilities, including conflict resolution, coaching, teamwork promotion, and performance management.
  5. Strong business acumen with a proven history of leading operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  6. Willingness to adapt to industry changes and company directives.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Familiarity with restaurant software systems such as Toast, Toast Tables, Kickfin, Sling, etc.
