What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development of our brand voice and language, ensuring consistency and application across all our work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting and a deep understanding of brand language. They will be a strategic thinker and leader, able to work closely with our clients and internal teams to shape briefs and strategic approaches.

This role will involve managing multiple teams and projects, providing writing support and expertise, and collaborating with our creative teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Concept and develop creative ideas that meet our clients' needs and goals
  • Provide writing support and expertise for a wide range of executions
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain our brand voice and language, ensuring consistency and application across all our work
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in copywriting and brand language
  • Strong background in creative direction and leadership
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of brand language and its application
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including Time Well Taken, a hybrid work model, and a comprehensive benefits package.
