Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
