Everett Center - Everett, WA is seeking a skilled Unit Manager RN to lead our nursing team. As a Unit Manager RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor and educate nurses. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage
* Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations
* Mentor and educate nurses
* Oversee medication management
* Provide direct patient care

**Qualifications:**

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Associate Degree in Nursing, three (3) years of nursing experience
* Nursing Diploma, three (3) years of nursing experience
* BSN, two (2) years nursing experience
* At least one year of nurse leadership experience
* Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state
* Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
