Job Title: RN - Unit Manager

Unique Rehabilitation and Health Center is seeking a skilled RN - Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and evaluate nursing department procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a skilled nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement quality assurance programs.
  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with resident discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
  • Review and revise care plans to ensure they meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide direct nursing care as needed and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.
Requirements:
  • Valid unencumbered RN state license.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or long-term care setting.
  • At least six months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
