The Role

We're seeking a data-driven and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in disrupting the home essentials industry with innovative products that champion people and the planet. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute new product renovations and extension launches, driving revenue growth and brand awareness through consumer insights and market research.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product categories, leveraging consumer research, syndicated data, and industry reports.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive product development from ideation to execution, focusing on renovation and extension projects that grow sales of existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to own and lead new product development calendars, build annual product roadmaps, and ensure channel goals are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Develop and execute consumer insights and product testing surveys, analyzing CX data to inform product improvements and NPD strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency in product messaging across all touchpoints, from packaging to retailers to digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of market and consumer trends, informing Blueland's future innovation projects with a focus on sustainability.
  • Work with Retail, DTC, Amazon, Innovation, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize product pricing and assortment for margin and sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about the environment, sustainability, and Blueland's mission.
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Brand Management experience in the omnichannel CPG space.
  • Experience with end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for physical products.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Able to design, execute, and analyze quantitative and qualitative consumer, category, and product insights studies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and people and organization skills.
  • Experience working with Brand and Creative teams on physical product packaging, sustainable packaging experience a plus.
  • A desire and humility to always improve, learn, and grow.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Slides, Powerpoint, and Excel is required. Experience with Slack, Google Suite, Asana, and Notion is preferred.
