Position Overview

Fraser provides a competitive starting salary of $80,000 along with a $5,000 hiring bonus.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for executing treatment strategies for clients facing behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges, particularly focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders and similar conditions through the application of behavior analysis principles. Your duties may encompass curriculum evaluation, data gathering, data interpretation, task breakdown, functional assessments, and goal formulation. These services will be delivered under the guidance of the ABA Clinical Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering direct services to clients, either in-person or via teletherapy.
  • Observing and directing the work of direct care personnel within the ABA program.
  • Assisting the Behavior Professional Supervisor in training families of clients and upholding treatment plans.
  • Possibly providing guidance or clinical oversight to individuals pursuing BCBA Certification or BACB certification.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree is mandatory.
  • BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA Certification is essential.
  • Prior experience with preschool-aged children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Experience in early intervention ABA practices.
  • A valid Driver's License.
