Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide organizational leadership and daily management for the Global Supply Chain Planning function, including Demand and Supply Planning.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of business analysts in gaining actionable insights from business data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, Sales, Category Management, and Asia Operations, to improve service levels and optimize inventory and working capital positions.
  • Develop and manage the S&OP process and reporting to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with Marketing and Program Management to develop and drive program management activities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the Demand Planning function plays a strategic role in driving value-added working capital solutions and improvements.
  • Work closely with Finance to develop monthly inventory reserve analysis and coordinate product life cycle management activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all functional areas adhere to proper customer compliance programs.
  • Communicate effectively across all functional areas and levels, gaining respect, trust, credibility, and motivating others.
  • Establish standards of performance, build accountability, and promote a safe, positive, and effective work environment.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a leadership team capable of carrying out operating strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Establish and participate in procedure/system design and problem analysis to foster constant improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain Management, Planning, Forecasting/Analysis experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills working in a global business environment.
  • Outstanding analytical, negotiating, and relationship skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience preferred.
