Job Title: SAP S4 IT Project Manager Supply Chain Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 IT Project Manager to lead our Supply Chain Operations team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of recent SAP IT Project Management experience with demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 modules related to Supply Chain (e.g., MM, SD) and Manufacturing (e.g., PP, QM), SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; must partner and collaborate effectively with all levels of management and team members.

Preferred:

  • Strong infrastructure background or System Analyst background - technical concepts and details.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing Industry experience.
