We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 IT Project Manager to join our team at Jack Link's Protein Snacks. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 Finance projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Lead the implementation of SAP S4 Finance projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of recent SAP Project Management experience with demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 Finance modules, SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
