Job Description

At Domino's Pizza LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, purchasing, and maintenance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with managers, customers, and employees to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and maintenance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with managers, customers, and employees.

  • Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile and linoleum.
  • Walking: For short distances for short durations, with occasional delivery of pizzas and other products.
  • Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
  • Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more, with cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying: Large cans and trays of pizza dough are carried over short distances.
  • Pushing: Trays are moved using dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
  • Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance.
  • Stooping/Bending: Forward bending is necessary at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
  • Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously, with workers reaching above 72 inches occasionally.
