Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage structural analysis of complex structures, including dam safety, risk assessment, and design development.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring high-quality services and technological development.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in dam safety and engineering projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with structural engineering software, including SAP2000, EAGD-SLIDE, Plaxis, and LSDYNA.
