Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kelly. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • PC skills required
