About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Provider Network Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote and offer value-based solutions to primary care practices and organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including primary care providers, payors, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Identify and assess practice needs and suitability for our value-based care solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with primary care practices and organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns in support of potential providers.
  • Act as a brand liaison and raise brand awareness, communicating our value proposition to the primary care community.
  • Attend networking events and participate in community activities to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Provide education and support to primary care providers on the benefits of our value-based care model and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
  • Manage and maintain accurate growth-related information and systems, including CRM technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales Management, or other relevant field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in contracting, business development, marketing, sales, provider recruiting, or healthcare operations.
  • Proven sales experience, including needs-based selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration.
  • Intermediate proficiency level with CRM technology.
  • Ability to explain health plan payment methodology and communicate effectively with multiple levels within an organization and with the provider community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+ of the time.
