Customer Service Representative

AIRMATIC, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve product and service issues promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and voicemail
  • Perform research and data collection to provide accurate product information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Professional communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and typing speed of 50-wpm minimum
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to understand and apply mechanical concepts and principles
