About the Opportunity

Vail Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Joint Replacement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and organization of our Total Joint Service Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration, and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Track the progress of the program and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with patient coordination, operating efficiencies, and throughput.
  • Perform follow-up communication and documentation throughout the patient experience.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as an Operating Room RN in a high-volume total joint center.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or a valid compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
