Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator (Level II)

Location: On-Site

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Enterprise Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Training services program. This position will assist the project management team by providing documentation support, maintaining training records, and providing technical writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining training records and providing technical writing
  • Supporting scheduling activities, administration, and training activities coordination
  • Providing site administration to ensure successful flight simulation operations and training events
  • Supporting syllabus development and maintenance
  • Providing support for flight simulation and test support for RDT&E activities
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
  • Participating in project meetings and providing administrative support
  • Identifying potential project issues and reporting them to project managers

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience is required
  • Security Clearance: SECRET/SAR
