Job Summary

At Path Engineering, we're seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for operating large industrial machines to create various pump parts to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain pump parts using metal properties, machine setups, layouts, and precision machining procedures.
  • Operate equipment such as manual lathes to produce high-quality parts.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure parts meet specifications.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Journeyman machinist or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience, or comparable experience in the aftermarket pump or rotating equipment industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine shops on manual lathes.
  • Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift (shift premium pay for 2nd shift).
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed to support business needs.
  • Valid work status and authorization.
  • Ability to pass a basic physical exam and drug screen.
