Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Paul Mitchell the School Milwaukee. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our students, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors
  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
