Job Title: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics/Adult Homecare

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Highland Park, New Jersey. As a pediatric and adult home care nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to work with our pediatric and adult clients in Highland Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric and adult care, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a BAYADA nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult clients in home care or hospital settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
