BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care to clients in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
About the Role:- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other nursing interventions as needed.
- A competitive hourly rate of $34-$39.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time.
