Join Our Team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes on weekends.


Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Home Health RN. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in their homes on weekends
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health or hospice setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
