Account Executive III Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive III to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day account management activities, ensuring seamless execution of service activities.
  • Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at senior levels, leveraging Aon's resources to address client risk and capital management needs.
  • Analyze risk financing programs commercially available, performing coverage comparisons with brokers across major lines of business.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverages across solution lines, working at a strategic level to cultivate relationships.
  • Identify and generate new and penetration business opportunities across solution lines, collaborating with Producers on new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Aon's resources and capabilities, effectively using the Aon network to achieve client risk objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of client business objectives, coordinating Aon's resources to complete client needs.
  • Stay current on industry data, introducing innovative ideas to help clients contemplate risk management with a fresh perspective.
  • Solve clients' most sophisticated risk management problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Insurance licensing as required.
  • 7-10+ years of appropriate insurance experience.
  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business and assigned clients' needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency and creates innovative solutions.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $149,800 to $214,000 annually, with the actual salary varying based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
