Job Summary:The Relationship Manager serves as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive risk management and technical expertise. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive day-to-day client service, anticipating and evaluating client needs.
- Review client exposures, underwriting memos, and loss experience to advise on complex risk exposures.
- Review inspection reports for accuracy and provide proactive direction to resolve claims.
- Create and present private risk management renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Understand and leverage the holistic platform, including employee benefits, commercial insurance, and asset protection.
- Cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners and maintain a concern for accuracy, timeliness, and completion.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Current Florida 2-20 License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
- College degree preferred and professional designations a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in personal insurance, including insurance company contracts and guidelines.
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to learn insurance company and firm software systems.
- Fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Some travel may be required.
