Job Overview

Exciting Opportunity: We are excited to announce the establishment of a new lifestyle brand and are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of National Retail Brand Manager.

This is a remarkable leadership position for individuals who are enthusiastic about developing a national brand. The ideal candidate should be located in NV, IL, CA, or FL, be open to traveling up to 50% of the time, and have the vision and expertise necessary to enhance our brand's presence.

Role Summary: The Retail Brand Manager will be tasked with formulating, overseeing, and implementing the company's sales strategy across both online and offline platforms. This position will manage e-commerce operations and the merchandise team for physical retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the functionality of the website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, assisting with product selection and resolving issues promptly.
  • Enhance product listings with comprehensive descriptions, high-quality visuals, and precise specifications to boost customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create concepts, layouts, and promotional activities that align with brand strategy and drive sales.
  • Set product pricing based on industry trends, competitive analysis, and the company's sales strategy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding stock availability and delivery.
  • Lead the merchandise department, providing guidance and support to the team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales results and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and sales, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and retail management.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role manages one subordinate manager who oversees a team of 4+ employees in the merchandise department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or three+ years of related experience and/or training. A degree in merchandising, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required: Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, continuous learning, job knowledge, and effective use of technology. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage customer focus are essential.
