Key Responsibilities
  • Marine Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine equipment, including forklifts, boats, and dock equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with docking and undocking boats, providing fuel and ice, and answering questions about our facilities and services.
  • Logistics and Operations: Assist with the movement of boats and equipment, including loading and unloading boats, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our docks and facilities.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, including monitoring the docks and facilities for any potential hazards or security risks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure that all needs are met and that our facilities and services are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a marine or logistics role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs. regularly, 30-35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Environmental Conditions: Frequently immerses hands in water, works in wet and slippery conditions, and withstands temperature extremes in outdoor environments.

  • Dock Equipment: All dock equipment and materials, including boats, ropes, anchors, and other equipment.
