Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Success Manager (CESM) and Technical Trainer. As a CESM, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them towards product adoption and ensuring their long-term success. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs, identify key performance indicators, and support them in achieving their goals.

As a Technical Trainer, you will develop and deliver engaging training sessions for Kaltura's customers, adapting to their specific needs and knowledge levels. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of Kaltura's products and technical aspects related to customers' implementation and use of the products.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Guide customers towards product adoption and ensure their long-term success
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and identify key performance indicators
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for Kaltura's customers
  • Adapt to customers' specific needs and knowledge levels
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or technical training, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex product functionalities
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training sessions to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and facilitating interactive learning sessions
