Key Responsibilities- Enroll Medicare members into our health plan, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications.
- Resolve complex enrollment issues, including pharmacy, eligibility, and billing discrepancies.
- Trigger letters to members and ensure accurate data for all members.
- Oversee the enrollment process in the absence of direct supervision.
- Navigate various systems, including QNXT, EAM, and MERP, to resolve member issues.
- Understand the distinction between different lines of business, including Medicare, Commercial, and MassHealth.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and monthly quality control standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of related health plan experience preferred.
- Enrollment experience with a Medicare Advantage product highly preferred.
- Excel/reporting background and strong data entry skills.
- College degree preferred.
