Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Reserves Network Inc. This role is essential in supporting our production processes and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and streamline the processing of released work orders to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Accurately maintain and revise rework and split work orders as necessary.
  • Proactively investigate and resolve any inconsistencies in work orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a must.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management standards is preferred.
