Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Outpatient Behavioral Health

Job Summary

This Customer Service Representative role is a critical position within our Outpatient Behavioral Health department. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, medical screening, and appointment check-in services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, employees, and visitors
    • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Medical Screening and Appointment Check-in:
    • Conducting medical screenings and appointments check-in
    • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Lobby Supervision:
    • Supervising the outpatient behavioral health lobby
    • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent, with business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • One to two years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office equipment and software

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role is based in an office setting, with regular exposure to the public. You will be required to stand, walk, sit, and lift as part of your duties.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Our benefits package includes paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement savings options.
