Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Delivery Lead to join our team at Experis. This is a senior management position that requires strong leadership skills, program management expertise, and a deep understanding of risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee the delivery of projects across a 10-person team in New York and India.
  • Work Prioritization & Capacity Management: Ensure effective work prioritization and capacity management across the team.
  • Operating Model Shift: Lead the transition of roles offshore to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Staff Mentorship and Morale: Foster a positive and productive team environment through mentorship and morale-boosting initiatives.
  • Reporting: Understand and prepare reports on outsourcing activities within Finance functions.
  • Program Governance: Prepare documents for program governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Staffing and Replacement: Responsible for staffing, replacement staffing, and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure overall client satisfaction through effective project delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in risk and compliance, with experience in program management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with offshore teams and operating model shifts.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and documents for program governance.
