Electrical Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at WTEC Energy Corp. This position involves designing and developing electrical systems for wind turbines and energy cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical design plant layout drawings and one-line and three-line drawings
- Assess project requirements and measure mechanical component performance
- Maintain and modify equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency using computer-aided design/modeling software
- Support estimating and bidding with engineering support and manufacturing divisions on product development
- Site supervision and handling customer concerns
- Support the development of electrical systems for wind turbines and energy cables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and manuals
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Support the development of company policies and procedures
- Represent the company in external meetings and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical systems
- Develop and implement electrical system designs that meet company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
