About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Molson Coors in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our Brewery Operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in maintaining the optimal functioning and reliability of our plant assets and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execute the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours.
  • Support the development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans, and the annual maintenance plan.
  • Own the Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling System, leading the scheduling of maintenance work and ensuring the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation as necessary.
  • Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned downtime and be accountable for delivering KPI-Results.
  • Serve as a coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line DDS-DMS meetings and execution of the maintenance plans.
Requirements
  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
  • Confident and competent, with excellent business relationships within the business.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and taking pride in a job well done.
  • Motivated leader who can inspire others and obtain optimal results from the team.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or plant engineering.
