At UMass Memorial Health, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Community Healthlink team. This role will provide direct therapeutic services to adults in individual, family, couple, and group therapy, while respecting diversity.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical course of study and licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or be actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Experience in the area of practice is desirable.
The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for diagnostic evaluations and screenings, crisis/emergency assessment and intervention, treatment planning and assessment, individual, group, couple and family therapy. They will also participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks.
