Position Overview

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for patients by delivering exceptional customer service during both phone and in-person interactions. This role also involves organizing and managing appointments and documentation to ensure the efficient operation of our healthcare environment and to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at our designated office location.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative or clerical experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with NextGen software is a plus
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Cash handling experience is required
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
The hourly wage for this position is $21. We provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, a 401k plan, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
