Job Opportunity

T&M Associates is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion of our national Environmental Practice in the West Coast market. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth of the Environmental Practice, expand services, and increase revenue.
  • Lead client projects, support project managers, engineers, and scientists in planning, design, and execution of environmental projects.
  • Leverage relationships with former clients and build a backlog of business for the Practice.
  • Write and lead technical and cost proposals, evaluate risks, and determine cost competitiveness in pursuits.
  • Manage a collaborative team environment, provide career development opportunities, and identify staff support for projects between regions.
  • Apply quality assurance and quality control processes, evaluate business risks, and provide alternatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
  • At least 15-20 years of environmental experience, including field investigations, remediation systems, pumping & well infrastructure, soil and groundwater treatment, waste management, remediation optimization, long-term operations and maintenance.
  • Project experience and established relationships in strategic environmental consulting in the greater Southern California area.
  • Multimedia environmental remediation programs or projects under various regulatory venues, including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and state-led programs.
  • Background and general understanding of wetlands and land-use regulations and processes.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal design, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
