As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our mogul equipment, supervising candy makers and production workers, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain mogul equipment to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime
  • Supervise and direct candy makers and production workers to ensure they are working safely and efficiently
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Perform changeovers and maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor or production planner
  • Compile and report production data as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production planner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of related work experience or 9 months of structured on-the-job training preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written instructions
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels. The employee must be able to stand and walk for long periods, use hands to work with tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must also be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with assistance required for heavier lifting.
